How reward credit works
First shipments, referrals, and repeat buybacks can earn reward credit. It is kept separately from your cash payout balance and applied toward a future buyback.
Amounts and thresholds below are in EUR. Rewards use the confirmed final shipment value in EUR, including for shipments priced in another currency. An estimate or a submitted shipment does not earn confirmed credit.
Your first shipment
Earn 50% of your first shipment’s final value as reward credit if it is at least €200. The credit is capped at €2.000 per customer.
This is a first-shipment reward, not the first shipment to meet the threshold. If your first shipment falls below the minimum, a later shipment does not qualify for this reward.
Referring a friend
Share the personal referral link from your account. When a referred customer’s confirmed shipment is worth more than €200, you earn €50 in reward credit. A shipment worth more than €400 raises your total credit for that person to €100.
The higher amount is a top-up to the total, not a second full reward. The thresholds apply to an individual confirmed shipment, rather than the sum of several shipments.
Loyalty levels
Your confirmed lifetime shipment value determines your level. The percentage below is awarded as reward credit on qualifying confirmed shipment value.

Larger shipments
An individual shipment can also earn a volume reward. The highest threshold it reaches applies once to that shipment.
